Last night we met with the Primary Presidency and all of the other families with children that will turn eight this year. Shelby counted down the hours and minutes until her meeting. We did a mock baptism day and got to take a tour of the font and listen to talks about being baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and about receiving the Gift of the Holy Ghost. She was SO excited, bordering on ADHD! Since all of our family lives out-of-state, it was important for me to get the actual date of her baptism secured to give them enough notice. We found out for sure that it will be January 31, 2015. Exactly one year since Caden was flown to Seattle. What was considered the worst day in all of history, will now have sunshine again. We will have come full-circle. I am so proud of her decision to be baptized. It will be an amazing day for our family!!
