We are back in Seattle, ready to finish our last dose of intense chemo. Tomorrow is the day- the last day!
Caden has his CT scan tomorrow, as well. We will be able to see the results of the last five weeks' work. I'm hoping to see if that massive tumor has shrunk, and why he is still in so much pain and why he continues to throw up each time he has anything in his stomach. We'll get answers tomorrow afternoon.
Thursday has more answers coming our way. We meet with both Surgery and Anesthesia. We hope to know more about what our March 9th, and future, look like.
And then we have nothing until Tuesday's let's-do-this 11:10am appointment. Sue will get all of Caden's blood counts, order four liters of blood as a just-in-case, and ready us for the biggest, most life threatening surgery we could ever imagine for our son. What should we do with four days without hospital appointments? Go home to snuggle, of course!
So, stay tuned. Pictures of an epic, filled-to-the-max weekend coming soon. We have a little more work yet to do!
