Sleeping Bags

It has been such a busy week, I have SO MUCH to catch up on. It will have to wait, because we're packing for another over-nighter at Ensign Ranch. First thing we packed? ~~Nourishment and Water~~ Sleeping bags. I don't think we'll ever let ourselves live that one down, it's too funny! It feels good to laugh.

As I was typing, Randy walked in with a letter from the District. Compared to other students across the nation that are 8 years and 4 months old, Tyson is in the top 3%. Astounding! I feel surprised, but not so surprised, if that makes sense. I knew he was bright, but top 3% of the nation?!?! That brilliant boy!

~Randy and I met 9/30/99.
~Our first Date was 10/9/99.
~We started dating 1/16/00.
~He proposed 4/14/00.
~We were Sealed For Time and All Eternity 6/23/00.
~Randy works at Vector Solutions.
~Caden was diagnosed with Undifferentiated Embryonal Sarcoma of the Liver 1/31/14. Liver surgery 5/7/14. Last day of chemo 6/30/14.
~Make-A-Wish sent our family to Disney World 11/30/14- 12/6/14!! All for 'The Boy In The Bed!'
~Cancer was rediscovered on 7/17/15. Lung surgery 7/23/15.

~Cancer was rediscovered on 1/20/16. Abdominal surgery 3/9/16. Last day of at-home chemo 5/25/16.
~Mira joined our family 3/31/16.
~Cancer rediscovered on 11/28/16. Abdominal surgery 12/8/16. At-home chemo begins 1/13/17.
~Cancer rediscover on 2/17/17 attached to liver.
~6th tumor found in the liver on 3/24/17. At-home chemo stopped 4/4/17. Immunotherapy started 4/18/17.
~7th & 8th tumor found near liver and in pelvis 6/7/17. Immunortherapy terminated.
~Radiation began 6/29/17. Last treatment 7/25/17.

~9th, 10th, 11th, & 12th tumor found 9/8/17. Hospice nurse summoned. Our fight is over.

~10/4/17 The Boy in the Bed Goes to Heaven.

~We're the happiest people you'll ever know with the most perfect marriage of anyone we know!
