Royal Icing Adventures

I have always wanted to try Royal Icing, so with our unlimited "Saturdays," I decided to try with my kids.  It was a BLAST!!!!

I love that the lights reflect off the surface.  The kids all kept exclaiming how much fun they were having, and how cool it was to come up with more and more ideas.  I've always known that I have more shaky hands than some, but my gosh, trying to get smooth lines around the outside made me feel as if I'd had a seizure or something.  It's much harder than it looks!  But oh, so fun!
