Wait

There's that word again: wait.  We just got a call from our Buyer's-- their house did not appraise for what they had it under contract for.  They are now in negotiations with their own Buyers.  So, instead of packing the 10 boxes that I purchased and tape together, making them unreturnable, we'll just spend the next however many hours waiting.

Awesome! 

I am just done, done, done with this house stuff.  Where it once felt like a surreal dream, it's now starting to feel like a living nightmare.
