On the last night, all "families" came together to sleep in one spot after a ho-down dance and feast. The way it was explained was that it was on a long section of land, with tents set up where "Ma and Pa" were in the center, with their "sons" tent on one side, and their "daughters" on the other. Another family was set up in a similar fashion, but their "daughters" tent happened to be next to Caden's. It was past "lights out," and should have been quiet, but Bishop said they could hear some whispering between tents. At one point, one of the girls from another family said, "I know, lets play Truth or Dare." Bishop said, without a beat, Caden said, "OK, I'll go first. Truth or Dare?"
"Dare."
Again, without a beat, and with a smirk that couldn't be seen but could be heard (completely typical of our witty Caden), Caden said, "I dare you to be quiet." And, oh, the laughter that was had between more tents than those playing the game.
My Caden was funny!

That is awesome! And oh. my. gosh. I LOVE that picture of him. His smile/laugh. What a candid and beautiful one!!!
